What Foximo provides

Foximo provides personalised digital creative gifting experiences, including songs, visuals, and related digital keepsakes.

Because these are personalised digital creations, some terms differ from standard retail purchases.

Earlier Classic orders

The former Classic Order service offered private song and visual previews before a customer chose whether to purchase. It is no longer available to new customers.

These earlier terms apply only to existing Classic orders and do not change their payment, fulfillment, or access conditions. Historical order pages and files remain supported for their stated retention period.

Instant Gift Song

Instant Gift Song is a separate direct-purchase option: one complete personalised song based on your brief, plus its printable lyrics PDF.

The one-time starting price is US$2.99 (990 Ft in Hungary); the checkout shows the applicable amount before payment. There is no subscription. After payment is confirmed, song creation starts automatically; this offer does not include a preview. Each additional song generation is a separate purchase at the price shown before payment.

You can review and edit your brief before checkout. The finished song and PDF are provided through a private result page for playback and download.

Set your lyrics to music

This is a separate direct-purchase option: one complete song made from your lyrics, plus a printable lyrics PDF. You can keep your wording or ask Foximo for an editable first draft. Foximo does not rewrite or translate your own lyrics unless you choose the assisted draft.

You keep the rights you have in lyrics you provide. You allow Foximo to process them only to provide this service. The usage permission for the finished song is described in Song Usage Rights.

Gift Planner and direct handoff

The Gift Planner is an assisted entry point, not a separate store. It may collect lightweight metadata, optional notes, and uploaded photos so it can generate personal gift ideas and a stronger song brief draft.

If you continue with the Foximo song recommendation from inside the planner, it carries your refined draft into the Instant Gift Song brief. You can review and edit it, then see the final price before checkout.

AI-assisted features

Foximo may use AI assistance to suggest gift directions, estimate suitable music styles, refine briefs, transcribe voice notes, and improve the wording of submitted material.

These AI-assisted outputs are best-effort creative tools, not factual guarantees. They are designed to support the experience, not replace human judgment.

Because each gift is made through AI-assisted and human creative work together, occasional small wording or timing imperfections may remain. If a technical, captioning, audio, rendering, or file error slips through, contact surprise@foximo.co and Foximo will provide a corrected version. This covers production errors, not creative preferences.

Song Usage Rights

Foximo may use third-party services to help create and deliver songs and related files. The providers and methods may change; that does not reduce the usage permission Foximo grants for a finished song.

For each paid, finished Foximo song and its accompanying lyrics, Foximo grants the purchaser a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to download, keep, reproduce, share, publish, stream, publicly perform, and use them for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. This includes sharing the song with anyone, playing it at public events, and including it in business, promotional, creator, or monetised content. No additional royalty is due to Foximo for these uses.

You may not sell or license the song on its own as stock music, a sample, a sound library, a reusable AI-generation asset, or a raw-audio licence. You may not use the song or substantial generated outputs to train or develop an AI model, falsely present AI-generated material as entirely human-created, or imitate an identifiable person's voice without consent. You remain responsible for permissions and rights in material you supply and for complying with applicable law and platform rules.

AI-generated music may not be unique; similar or identical outputs may be created independently for other people. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection or registration in your jurisdiction, and Foximo does not promise that it can be registered or that you receive exclusive copyright ownership.

Foximo creates the delivered recording for the purchaser's order and will not sell, license, publish, or reuse that same recording as another customer's song. This is a promise about Foximo's own use of the delivered recording, not a guarantee that independently generated songs will never sound similar.

Delivery expectations

Instant Gift Song and Set My Lyrics to Music usually take about five minutes, though timing can vary. Visual rendering time depends on the song and queue, so Foximo does not promise a fixed delivery time.

About personalised creations

Foximo creates gifts based on the information, stories, and preferences you provide.

Because personalised creative work is inherently subjective, creative interpretation is part of the service.

You can review and edit your song brief and creative choices before checkout.

Refunds

A change of mind, a change in creative preference, or simply not liking the chosen direction does not qualify for a refund once a personalised song has started generating. The Instant Gift Song and own-lyrics briefs can be reviewed and edited before checkout.

If a technical problem prevents delivery or leaves a file faulty, contact Foximo. We will work to put it right and provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and personal information

Any personal details, stories, names, or gifting context you provide are handled respectfully and used only for the purpose of creating your Foximo experience.

Uploaded audio, photos, and video, typed notes, and voice-note transcriptions may be processed by Foximo and its production providers only to prepare and deliver the requested song or visual. Visual uploads and renders are kept private and are normally removed after seven days; purchased songs and lyrics PDFs have a separate retention period of about one month.

Foximo is built around private emotional gifting, and discretion matters.

Uploaded media and permissions

When you upload a song, photo, or video, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for this visual. Do not upload material that infringes another person's rights or that you are not allowed to share.

Foximo does not claim ownership of your uploads. You allow Foximo and its production providers to process them only to create and deliver the visual you request. You remain responsible for rights and permissions in the material you supply.

Cookies and analytics

Foximo uses essential browser storage and cookies to keep the site working reliably and to remember lightweight interface preferences.

Foximo may also use Meta Pixel and simple first-party traffic measurement to understand visits and improve the service without adding a full Google Analytics setup.

Digital product delivery

Foximo products are delivered digitally.

It is your responsibility to download and save your purchased content where instructed.

When you purchase a song, its matching lyrics PDF is included in the private room without an additional fee.

Purchased songs and lyrics PDFs are normally available for about one month. Standalone Foximo Visual uploads and finished visual files are normally available for seven days. Download files you want to keep before the applicable period ends.

Storage and availability

Private rooms and purchased media are not permanent cloud storage.
