FOXIMO FAQ

Questions people usually ask before they create a gift.

Clear answers about song creation, timing, privacy, purchases, and how Foximo Songsmith works.

Is Foximo really personalised?

Yes. Every Foximo request starts from the story, mood, people, and memories you share. The songs and motion visuals are shaped around that specific brief rather than pulled from a generic catalog.

Do I have to pay before hearing anything?

For Instant Gift Song and Set My Lyrics to Music, you can review your brief before checkout; creation starts after payment. Foximo Visual is also paid before the final video is rendered. There is no subscription.

How long does a Foximo order usually take?

Instant Gift Song and Set My Lyrics to Music usually take about five minutes, though timing can vary. Visual rendering time depends on the song and queue, so Foximo does not promise a fixed delivery time.

What comes with an Instant Gift Song?

One complete song and its printable lyrics PDF. The starting price is US$2.99 (990 Ft in Hungary); the exact price appears before checkout. You can review your brief before paying, and creation starts automatically after payment.

What exactly can I keep?

Instant Gift Song and Set My Lyrics to Music each include one complete song and a printable lyrics PDF. Foximo Visual creates a private vertical music video from a Foximo song or an eligible upload. Each product has its own price and checkout.

What if the first version is not quite right?

You can review your brief and creative choices before checkout. A new song version is a separate purchase; a technical problem with a paid order should be sent to Foximo support.

How private is the process?

Foximo is designed around private emotional gifting. Your story, uploaded materials, and private room are used to create the gift and are not made public unless you explicitly choose that.

How long will my downloads stay available?

Each private result page shows its own file-retention date. Download the song, lyrics PDF, or video before that date to keep a copy.
